2026–2030 phases

Where Aegis is headed after the Sonic DeFi core. Dates are targets, not guarantees — we ship when the product is ready, and we stay open to the right opportunities along the way.

What we are building

Aegis starts as private DeFi on Sonic. From there we grow into shared compute, machine-to-machine commerce, and fleet intelligence that can feed real insurance products — with our own oracle as the trust bridge between the physical world and on-chain settlement.

Now — experimental

Agent-to-agent micro-commerce

We are already toying with AI agents that hold wallets and pay each other for small jobs — one generates an image, another refines it, another captions it, with payments settling automatically. Early and experimental, but it points at an economy between algorithms, not only between people.

Late 2026 – Q1 2027 — distributed compute

  • Expand the app so users can share GPU power from their own machines
  • Offer that capacity to startups and projects that need reliable compute
  • Run strong open-source LLMs on the same network for builders and partners

You keep control of what you contribute; Aegis coordinates demand, payouts, and quality.

Q2–Q3 2027 — fleet video intelligence

  • Live video analytics for fleets
  • Collect operational data (off-chain) and train models on the shared GPU network
  • Coaching and safety signals for operators — not raw video on the blockchain

Early 2028 — insurance-grade data & products

  • After our own oracle is production-ready, publish attested fleet risk data for insurers
  • Path to fast, reliable coverage for smart fleets — and, where it fits, smart cars and homes
  • On-chain settlement where it helps; sensitive telemetry stays private by design

How the tracks fit together

LayerRole
Sonic DeFiPrivacy, settlement, AGS, swaps, insurance primitives
Compute networkGPUs from the community → LLMs, training, partner workloads
AgentsWallets + automatic micropayments for machine services
OracleAttest real-world events without putting raw video on-chain
Fleet & insuranceAnalytics → risk data → optional parametric / fast cover

What we are not claiming yet

  • That distributed compute or agent payments are finished products today
  • That fleet video or home insurance is live for every market
  • That raw telematics or video will ever sit in cleartext on Sonic

We move when security, model quality, and partner readiness are green — and we take the opportunities that fit this path.
